Cenas

At the beginning of 2023, I realized I was tired of design and decided to quit everything to become an actor.
No more typography, posters, brand identity! I enrolled in a drama school with the dream of becoming a star of the stage and being the next Leo DiCaprio. “Hollywood is my destination,” I thought, “and having an Oscar in my hands is just a matter of time...” But soon I noticed that I didn't have much talent for it and thought it was better to stick with design.
Cenas (“scenes”) is the beginner module play at the school I'm enrolled in, where students present several short scenes from different genres. I wanted to showcase this variety on the poster by incorporating some of the scenes into each letter of the word “cenas”.

No início de 2023, percebi que estava farto do design e decidi que iria largar tudo para ser ator.
Chega de tipografia, cartazes, identidade visual! Me matriculei em uma escola de teatro com o sonho de me tornar uma estrela da dramaturgia e ser o próximo Wagner Moura. “Meu destino é o Projac”, pensei, “e ter um Oscar em mãos é só uma questão de tempo”... Mas logo notei que não tinha muito talento pra coisa e achei melhor continuar no design mesmo.
Cenas é a peça do módulo iniciante em que os alunos apresentam várias cenas curtas de gêneros diferentes. Quis mostrar essa variedade no cartaz incorporando alguma das cenas em cada letra da palavra “cenas”.
